Terms of Service & Digital Licensing Agreement

Welcome to Rupam Tech. By creating an account, browsing our catalog, purchasing products, or downloading software files and license keys from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using our marketplace.
1. Digital Goods Licensing Model
All software scripts, source codes, design templates, themes, and eBooks purchased through Rupam Tech are licensed, not sold. Your payment grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the item under the conditions specified below:
- Regular / Single-End Product License:
- Grants you the right to create one (1) end product for yourself or for one client.
- The end product must not be resold, redistributed, or made publicly accessible as source files.
- Extended / Developer License:
- Grants you the right to deploy the software in up to five (5) separate client projects or domains.
- Redistribution as standalone source code is strictly prohibited.
- Enterprise / Multi-Seat License:
- Covers organization-wide deployment with unlimited internal seats and priority SLA updates.
2. Prohibited Conduct & Redistribution
You explicitly agree that you shall NOT:
- Resell, re-license, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publish downloaded source code or license keys on any public forum, torrent site, or code repository (including public GitHub repos).
- Circumvent, reverse-engineer, decrypt, or bypass our license activation mechanisms or hardware-binding validations.
- Use purchased scripts or templates to build unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful web applications.
- Attempt unauthorized access to Rupam Tech APIs, private storage buckets, or administrative databases.
Any violation results in immediate license revocation, permanent account termination, and potential legal remedies under the Copyright Act (1957) and Information Technology Act (2000).
3. Account Security & Verification
When registering an account on Rupam Tech:
- You must provide true, accurate, and current contact details (name and valid email address).
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and multi-factor session tokens.
- You must immediately report any suspected security breach or unauthorized access to support@rupamdigital.com.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) unless explicitly converted via our currency selector.
- Payments are processed through our authorized gateway partner Razorpay.
- Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and itemized at checkout. Corporate buyers can input their GSTIN during checkout to generate valid tax input credit invoices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Software products on Rupam Tech are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we vigorously audit products for functional integrity, Rupam Tech does not warrant that software will be entirely error-free or operate seamlessly on every non-standard server configuration.
In no event shall Rupam Tech, its directors, employees, or author partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business profits) arising from the use or inability to use purchased digital goods. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product in dispute.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Bengal, India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
