Every software product, application boilerplate, UI kit, and eBook purchased on Rupam Tech is delivered through our automated private distribution network. This policy outlines how digital downloads operate, how license keys are generated, and how you manage active devices.

1. Instant Automated Delivery Guarantee

  • Zero Fulfillment Lag: Once your payment is approved via Razorpay, your order status updates to completed in real-time via cryptographic webhook verification.
  • Instant Customer Portal Access: Your purchased files immediately appear in your Customer Downloads Dashboard and Product Library.
  • Email Confirmation: A detailed purchase receipt with invoice and direct dashboard links is dispatched to your registered email address within seconds.

2. Secure Download Architecture

To prevent unauthorized public file sharing, hotlinking, and pirate distribution:

  • Private Object Storage: All digital zip packages are hosted in private, secure cloud buckets. Raw direct file URLs are never public.
